A spectacularly good weekend course! Alison and Abi crammed so many techniques in such a short time. I have come away with lots of things to try out at home, not too mention some really good pots from the various firings.

A really good course, very well organised and fully resourced. Abi and Alison went to great lenghts to ensure that everyone understood what would happen, and supervised with a light, humorous touch. I brought home some amazing pots, and will long remember the brilliant weekend that the 2 ladies provided. I am so glad I went.

The weekend workshop run by Alison and Abi is a special one, I highly recommend it. I travelled to Devon from Scotland to do the course and it was all worth it. The course is intense in the sense that there is so many techniques we get through during the two days, but the structure of the workshop flows well, so it doesn't feel overwhelming at all. I learned a lot but had equal amounts of fun. The lunch and coffee breaks were lovely, and Alison and Abi are fantastic.

What a wonderful workshop! Abi and Alison were so knowledgeable and worked hard to support us all to get great results. I'm so pleased with my pots. It was a beautiful setting too with yummy food. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you.

Super workshops to learn about saggar, barrel and raku firing.

What a great weekend, learnt so much. Will take me a week to review and sort out all I did. And a lovely team of potters, with a good lunch.

A really enjoyable weekend learning new skills. Abi and Alison were very welcoming and full of knowledge. They provided a delicious home made lunch, cake tea and coffee. Everyone on the course was lovely. Very exciting watching our pieces come out the kilns! Everyone’s pottery came out beautiful! Some stunning pieces! A very enjoyable course! Brilliant course! Best I’ve ever been on! So much covered in detail over the two days, I still can’t believe it was possible to learn so much in such a short time. Abi and Alison were excellent teachers, guiding us through so many preparation and firing techniques, safely, in a stunning setting. A lovely choice of pots were provided for those of us who hadn’t brought our own. The results of all that work were gorgeous all round. AND I definitely recommend the wonderful food that kept us going!

What fantastic weekend my second visit as I loved it do much. Alison and Abi are fabulous teachers I haveblearnt so much about the three giring techniques thst you experience over the week. Great group of people on my courses we had a lot of laughs. Great lunch provided, all home cooked. Highly recommended 👌

A great weekend course, well thought out, well resourced and well delivered. Excellent teachers and excellent results from the different methods of firing. I would recommend this course, I enjoyed it immensely and I am now hooked on alternative firings.
